一、用途

CF-R 系列离合器面片旋转强度试验机是专门用于离合器面片旋转强度（Burst）试验的设备。也可用于其它非金属轻质材料类零件的旋转强度试验。

The CF-R series clutch facing rotate bursting strength testing machine is a special equipment for the rotation burst strength test of the clutch facing. It can also be used for the rotation burst strength test of other non-metallic lightweight materials.

二、原理

旋转强度是指离合器面片在高速旋转情况下，由于离心力作用使其破坏的最高转速或在某一规定的高速转速下运行一定时间而不被破坏的能力。

Rotate bursting strength refers to the maximum speed of the clutch face that is damaged due to centrifugal force under high-speed rotation or the ability to run for a certain period of time at a specified high speed without being damaged.

基本试验方法是离合器面片在一定温度环境下，被带动旋转并以一定的速度上升速率旋转，直到面片被破坏，记录其最高转速，或在其一定转速下运行规定时间，看其是否被破坏。

The basic test method is that the clutch surface is driven to rotate under a certain temperature environment and rotate at a certain speed until the surface is damaged. Record its maximum speed or run at a certain speed for a specified time to see whether it is damaged.

四、技术参数

1、主轴转速 Main shaft speed：0 ～ 20000 rpm，变频调速、PLC 控制、全自动试验程序。frequency control PLC control, Fully automatic test procedure.

2、加速率 Acceleration rate：加速速率可控，最大加速率可大于 600 rpm/s，可按国际上现有任何标准完成离合器面片旋转强度试验。The acceleration rate is controllable, and the maximum acceleration rate can be greater than 600 rpm/s. The clutch face rotation burst strength test can be completed according to any existing international standards.

3、转速 Rotate speed：上限转速、保速时间可控，保证试验安全。The upper limit speed and holding time are controllable to ensure the safety of the test.

4、温度 Temperature：自动加热保温 Automatic heating and heat preservation，≤ 200 ℃，时间可调 adjustable time。

5、测量精度 Accuracy：±5 r/s

6、控制系统 Control system：计算机程序控制，可选中、英文操作界面，打印输出完整试验报告。Computer program control, optional Chinese and English operation interface, print out the complete test report.

7、功率 Power：5.5 kW

8、面片直径 Facing diameter：最大可试面片直径 Maximum surface diameter ≤ 430 mm
