Krauss friction testing machine

  一、 概述

制动器衬片摩擦性能拖曳试验机由试验台台体、计算机测控系统、交流电机拖动系统、液压制动伺服控制系统、冷却和除尘系统等部分组成，并包括必要的的计算机测控、记录和试验报告生成软件。

本设备采用拖曳方式对制动器摩擦材料进行摩擦性能试验。适用于M3、N2、N3、O3、O4类车辆用制动器衬片的摩擦性能拖曳试验。

YXF-D Krauss friction testing machine is designed and manufactured for quality control of friction material. It can measure the friction value, verify temperature behavior and determine the wear. 

This machine includes control console, 75kW AC drive motor, servo brake pressure system, cooling system, dedusting system and computer with software control system.
